Memorial service

Daniel and the team catered for our mother's memorial service at the weekend, providing a delicious afternoon tea for about 110 guests, followed by a wonderful family dinner for about 55 of us. I totally endorse this company as one you can trust to deliver outstanding and interesting food. Five stars!

Wedding

Best wedding food I’ve had yet. Salmon beats any salmon I’ve ever had, hands down.

Hidden Truffle catered my wedding at Old Forest School and we couldn't have been more impressed. Daniel and the team were a total pleasure to deal with, super professional and friendly and the food was delicious. We did a grazing table and family style dinner. The grazing table had SO many compliments from guests, as did the main meal. We particularly loved the lamb, salmon and the cauliflower salad! Highly highly recommend Hidden Truffle Catering to anybody needing a caterer in the BoP area

50th Birthday dinner

Just wanted to say thank you so much for the catering for my husbands 50th on Saturday night.

The food was delicious and all our guests were very impressed.

Private Chef birthday supprise,

Having a private chef was a new experience but one I thought would be amazing to try. This was a family dinner for my mums birthday. From start to end Chef Daniel was so easy to deal with and made the process smooth, he accommodated everything we required, even a special seperate meal for 95 year old nana. He then delivered on the night with three courses of amazing meals, all of the guests raved about the food. We wondered what it would be like having a stranger in your home, but Chef Daniel fitted right in, was easygoing and discreet, we definitely will book in again and again 😊

Wedding

Thank you so much for all of your help in organising the food for our wedding. We felt that we chopped and changed things a few times, we had a number of different dietary requirements to meet and so that complicated things but we felt that you were so helpful the whole time and we really appreciate that. On the night, everything was perfect from our point of view, while our speeches dragged on a bit longer than we had anticipated, and we know that impacted on your service, we are thankful that you suggested to push the cutting of the cake until after dinner and we saved a bit of time there. The guests were very complimentary of the food, especially beef!!! That helped to contribute to such an amazing day for us.

We just wanted to write to say thank you for what you did for our Wedding, you provided us with the most amazing food and service which was beyond that we could have ever hoped for. The food was simply top level in standard and variety and viewing the number of empty plates that night shows that everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. Along with excellent quality you provided a customer service level to match the quality. Your talent and personality are to be commended and we would have no hesitation at all in using you again or recommending you to others. All our guest took photos of your business card which shows that they have the same opinion.

It was an honour to have you do the catering for our wedding and made a special day even more special. We both thank you from the bottom of our hearts for what you did, a true credit to your profession.
