With over twenty years’ experience cooking in various award winning Hotels, Cafes, Resturants and Catering companies, our Chef/Owner Daniel Clemens brings you a variety of cuisines and cooking talents. Daniel has tweaked recipies over the years and put together a wide range of menu plans depending on your taste, budget or occasion, from family style dining and noodle boxes to sophisticated, mouth watering canapes or a family-style dinner served to your table. 

At Hidden Truffle Catering we recognise the importance of being flexible, listening to our clients and staying open to new ideas. We welcome opportunities to work with you to create a menu specific to your needs. 

Daniel can work with any space or kitchen available, or use HTC’s self-contained mobile catering truck, bringing our quality catering services straight to you and your guests in any location.
